Added this Content Item - like Annual Reports, Strategic Plans have a year. Seperated Annual Report and Strategic Plan, simply because of Content Item naming conventions for usability - from a dm point of view they are the same class: Annual Plan (but let's change this class name).

Automatically assign Publication Type = Strategic Plan

Removed: Abstract - pretty difficult to sum-up a Strategic Plan.
