Definition:
This is the reference entry for information external to the portal.
Description:
The residence (physical or cyber) of information that is not in the portal repository (database), but is described and pointed to by the portal.
This class will also be used for content (files) that are uploaded to the CMS
Example:
Websites, forms (that for whatever reason are not on the portal) or only available in hardcopy (print)
